The villa

Perello charms with its apricot-coloured exterior, neighbouring grove and beautiful covered veranda. Set within 4,000 m² of grounds, its terrace and pool area form the heart of the property. The private 48 m² pool is 1.90 m deep and accessed by steps, with comfortable loungers in sunshine or natural shade. A few steps lead to the house and its generous covered terrace, where rocking chairs and dining areas invite relaxed breakfasts and evening barbecues overlooking the greenery. Sleeping up to 12 guests, the villa has six double bedrooms and five bathrooms, including four luxurious en suites. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a kettle and filter coffee machine, with a dining area seating at least six and an adjoining lounge. Comfortable sofas beside the fireplace provide a cosy spot for cooler evenings, a good book or a film. Spacious bedrooms feature double beds and paired single beds, creating peaceful places to rest.
