The villa
Fully renovated while preserving its Mallorcan country-house charm, Can Riera d'Es Trenc blends natural stone and smooth plaster with modern comforts. Cypress, olive and fruit trees shelter the central pool area. Turquoise-green mosaic tiles, convenient corner access and shallow water distinguish the pool, surrounded by ergonomic wooden loungers and movable seating for sun or shade. The south-facing property comprises a two-storey main house with covered dining and lounge terraces, plus a pool house with two bedrooms. The annexe also has a large terrace, table tennis and table football, ideal for relaxed barbecue evenings. Accommodation for twelve is split between four double bedrooms in the main house and two in the annexe. Five of the six bedrooms have private bathrooms, with a further bathroom bringing the total to six. Individually tiled bathrooms feature walk-in showers and striking basins. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and share a coordinated colour scheme.
