The villa
This large modern villa enjoys a sunny central Maspalomas setting, 100 m from the sea and beach, with direct beach access. Its private heated 6 x 2 m pool is 1.2 m deep and available year-round. The bright, luxurious 450 m² interior accommodates 10 adults. Downstairs are three twin bedrooms, a living room with flat-screen digital TV and international channels, a dining room, and a large kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and two-car garage are provided. A restaurant is 20 m away, Faro de Maspalomas bus stop 450 m away and an 18-hole golf course 3 km away. Family-friendly and non-smoking. Youth groups are not accepted, and quiet, considerate behaviour is required in this noise-sensitive setting.
