The villa

Set among trees 2 km above La Sassa, this detached villa and annex occupy a 28-hectare hillside estate, 30 km from the sea. The 2,000 m² enclosed garden has a private 4 x 9 m pool, open May 1–October 15, plus a rooftop terrace. The bright, tastefully furnished 370 m² interior spans two floors, with spacious living/dining areas, digital TV, a well-equipped kitchen, six double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and six bathrooms. One double bedroom is outside the main accommodation. Enjoy panoramic sea and countryside views, outdoor furniture, a barbecue, loungers and a conservatory. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, high chair, cot and hairdryer are provided. Housekeeping, a cook and pre-arrival shopping can be arranged. Parking is available; access is via a 2 km unpaved track and a car is recommended. Up to two pets are welcome. Volterra is 38 km away. For smaller groups, not all buildings may be available.
