The villa
A gravel parking area and a few steps lead to Sa Carbona, a beautifully kept natural-stone villa. Its 11-metre pool is ideal for swimming or cooling off, with loungers and open views across low mountains towards Artà castle. A raffia-covered terrace shelters a simple dining table and benches, while a hammock beneath the trees invites lazy afternoons. Animals graze in a fenced area, and a barbecue is available. Inside, original touches include a wooden-wheel lamp, exposed ceiling beams, a hide rug and textured grey flooring. The spacious living room combines a pale sofa and light curtains with a fireplace for cooler evenings. A dining table and wide opening connect it to the kitchen, which has a stylish island with bar stools and direct garden access. Equipment includes a modern fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The house has three double bedrooms.
