The villa
Recently built on a secluded estate with a rich farming history, Sa Sinia offers peace close to shops and restaurants in eastern Mallorca, with superb Puig de Bonany views. The large pool has gentle access steps, child-safety measures and a separate shallow relaxation area, beside an expansive, partly covered terrace. Every room is air-conditioned. A spacious living and dining area with fireplace creates a welcoming setting, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy. Six double bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom, with additional toilets also available. Set on one of Mallorca's finest cycling routes, the villa includes secure bicycle storage. Larger groups can also rent neighbouring Son Capellet and/or Son March, and enjoy a shared volleyball court. Parties are not permitted out of respect for other guests. Petra is five minutes away by car, with a picturesque square, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Son Serra de Marina's sandy beach is a 20-minute drive away.
