The villa

Set on a historic agricultural estate, Sa Pleta offers peaceful countryside living with views of Puig de Bonany, around 3 km west of Petra. Its spacious pool terrace has natural-stone walls, quality loungers, parasols and a covered area for relaxing or evening barbecues. Inside, wooden accents, traditional beamed ceilings and comfortable furnishings create a warm atmosphere. The open-plan living and dining area has air conditioning, while the fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy. Six double bedrooms each have a private bathroom. Located on one of Mallorca's finest cycling routes, the villa includes secure bicycle storage. Neighbouring villas Palmeral and Son Perxa can also be rented for larger groups, and a shared volleyball court provides extra recreation. Parties are not permitted. Petra has restaurants and small supermarkets; Sineu's Wednesday market is around 15 minutes away by car, and the natural sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina is a 20-minute drive.
