The villa
Surrounded by trees in a peaceful green setting, historic Sa Torre is a simply furnished two-apartment house, 250 m from the sea and 700 m from a beach. The private natural garden features a 10 x 10 m seawater pool, 1.6 m deep, open March–October, plus a pool house with WC and hob, table tennis, trampoline, slide and swings. This rustic 180 m² accommodation suits nine adults. Two twin bedrooms each have air conditioning, a shower/WC and balcony access. Below are an air-conditioned single bedroom and a 30 m² studio with twin beds, dining area, bath/WC, digital TV and garden access. Upstairs are a satellite-TV lounge and an air-conditioned double bedroom with shower/WC. The large kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker; there is also a separate WC. Wi-Fi, central heating, laundry facilities and nearby parking are available. Shops and eateries are within 450 m; Alcúdia sandy beach is 3 km away. A car is recommended. Youth groups are not accepted.
