The villa
Can Magnus offers an outdoor oasis with a mosaic-tiled pool, broad entrance steps and an elegant wooden sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Children have a playhouse, while adults can enjoy the renovated bar with beer tap, covered lounge and large outdoor dining table. A balcony offers private sunbathing and lovely views, and an outdoor sauna adds further relaxation. Bright, tastefully styled interiors feature calming colours. The spacious living room has four sofas and an armchair, while the dining area seats ten and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy. Elegant bedrooms provide restful retreats. This secluded finca lies just east of Alcúdia, close to the beach and three minutes from town by car. Markets take place on Tuesdays and Sundays. Playa de Muro and other north-eastern beaches are easily reached by car; Palma airport is around 45 minutes away and Alcanada Golf is 6 km away. The property is privately managed, so EU consumer law may not apply.
