The villa

Set directly on Cala Santanyi bay, this large two-storey villa has tiered terraces, delicate rubble-stone walls and lush Mediterranean planting with pines and olive trees. Views stretch across azure water and white sand. Stone steps lead straight to the bay, while a blue-mosaic outdoor shower on the lower terrace lets you rinse off after swimming. Relax on the many loungers or retreat with a book to a shaded, covered terrace. The elegant white house sleeps up to 12 in two separate units, each with its own kitchen and living room. Downstairs are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a traditionally Mallorcan living space with tiled floors, a rustic wooden dining table and comfortable rattan seating. German satellite TV is available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker and dishwasher, while the bedrooms feature antique bed frames and ample storage. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional guest toilet and another comfortable lounge with a dining area.
