The villa
Set in around 5,000 m² of grounds, this spacious villa offers tropical gardens with palms, orange trees and sweeping views towards the Tramuntana mountains. The 12 x 6 m pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers and large parasols. Children can enjoy a swing, slide and expansive lawns. Several terraces, some partly covered, provide peaceful places to read or relax, while a large outdoor dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal barbecue make shared meals a pleasure. Inside, the house spans the ground floor and basement, with large windows, light furnishings and modern fittings. The open-plan living and dining area has a large sofa, a flat-screen TV and a table seating 12, flowing into a kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Six bedrooms each accommodate two guests, and there are five bathrooms.
