The villa
Built in 2020, this luxurious modern villa stands among meadows on a peaceful, sunny hill in central Salobre Golf Resort. Its 1,000 m² private grounds include an 11 x 4 m pool open year-round, a barbecue and parking for one car. The 480 m² home spans two levels, with an air-conditioned living/dining room featuring cable and digital TV and access to the small garden. Three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms each have air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. A furnished 300 m² terrace overlooks the mountains and forest. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, safe, high chair, cot for children up to two and hairdryer are provided. Street parking is also available; Las Crucitas bus stop is 19 km away. Non-smoking; one pet/dog welcome. Youth groups are not accepted.
