The villa
Built in 2020, this luxurious modern villa sits amid meadows in a quiet, sunny hilltop setting in Salobre Golf Resort. The private 1,000 m² grounds feature an 11 x 4 m pool open year-round, a barbecue and parking. Across two levels, the 480 m² interior includes an air-conditioned living/dining room with cable and digital TV and garden access. Three double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms each have air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. A furnished 300 m² terrace overlooks the mountains and forest. Free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, safe, hairdryer, high chair and cot for children up to two are provided. There is parking for one car, plus public street parking. Las Crucitas bus stop is 19 km away. Non-smoking; one pet/dog is welcome. Youth groups are not accepted, and quiet, considerate behaviour is required.
