The villa

This 250 m² villa for 14 comprises a main house and annexe in a residential area, 2 km from Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and 400 m from Les Lecques sandy beach, shops and restaurants. The enclosed 700 m² garden has a private 10 x 5 m pool, open April 1–November 1, with a safety cover, plus parking for three cars. Across two floors are five bedrooms, two living/dining areas with double sofa beds and TVs, four bathrooms and three WCs. The large open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Enjoy air conditioning, electric heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and cot for children up to three. Outdoor spaces include a large covered terrace, furnished balcony, barbecue and six loungers. Explore nearby La Ciotat, Bandol, Aqualand and the Calanques National Park. Non-smoking; youth groups and parties are not permitted. The neighbourhood is noise-sensitive. Please note: the balcony has no railing.
