The villa
Villa Pyramide II is a stylish 323 m², three-storey retreat with a main house and annexe, set in a cul-de-sac 2 km from Saint-Philibert and 50 m from the sea. Its private 370 m² garden has a heated 11 x 5 m pool with steps and a safety alarm, open 11 May–15 October. Shared tennis and parking for five cars are available. The villa sleeps 14 in six twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed, with five bathrooms. Two living/dining rooms have flat-screen TVs, and two equipped kitchens include ovens and dishwashers; the upper kitchen has an island. A 70 m² south-facing terrace offers outdoor furniture, a barbecue and partial sea views. Gas heating, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer and hairdryer are provided. One two-person bedroom is outside the main accommodation. Kernevest sandy beach and a sailing school are 900 m away, with walking trails 50 m away. Visit La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Auray and the Gulf of Morbihan. Non-smoking accommodation with a smoke detector.
