The villa
In Jávea's quiet, sunny Capsades district, this modern three-storey villa offers 350 m² of bright, stylish interiors. The living/dining room has satellite TV and opens towards the garden and pool. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Four bedrooms comprise three doubles and one with three single beds, each with its own bathroom. Air conditioning, warm-air heating and underfloor heating ensure comfort. Outside, enjoy a private heated saltwater pool, available year-round, measuring 10 x 9 m and 40–190 cm deep, with internal steps. A pergola, outdoor shower, barbecue, large terrace, loggia and eight loungers complement panoramic sea, mountain and valley views. Parking accommodates six cars. Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, iron, high chair, cot and hairdryer are provided. Shops, restaurants, beaches, marinas, tennis and water-sports schools are nearby; a nine-hole golf course is 4.8 km away. Youth groups are not accepted.
