The villa

This luxurious modern villa occupies three levels in the quiet, sunny Cansalades Park Monte Olimpo neighbourhood, 5 km from Jávea–El Arenal and the beach. Landscaped terraced gardens feature lawns, plants, a pond and a secluded 10 x 4 m pool with internal steps, available year-round. There is also a heated 4 x 2 m indoor pool with terrace access, an outdoor shower, pergola, barbecue and covered parking for two cars. The bright, stylish 300 m² interior sleeps six in three double bedrooms. Two lower-level bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and terrace access; the upper bedroom also opens onto a terrace. A further shower room is provided. The living/dining room has satellite TV and opens towards the pergola, garden and pool. The spacious open kitchen includes an island, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and freezer. Air conditioning, central and underfloor heating, an alarm and furnished terraces with loungers complete the property. A restaurant is 1 km away and a supermarket 2.5 km away. A car is recommended; youth groups are not accepted.
