The villa
In a residential area 2.6 km from Roquebrune-sur-Argens, this comfortable 200 m² villa sits in a private 2,000 m² garden. Its 8 x 4 m pool has a safety alarm and is open 1 May–1 October. Enjoy an outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, four loungers and a conservatory. The large living/dining room has a flat-screen TV and terrace access. Downstairs are a double bedroom with garden access and separate WC, and a twin bedroom with shower, small bathtub and pool access. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, each with a shower. All bedrooms have TVs; the living room and bedrooms have air conditioning and electric shutters. The open kitchen includes a breakfast bar, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer and coffee maker, with veranda access. Two further separate WCs are provided. Parking for two cars and a private garage are available; access includes 600 m of unpaved road. A car is recommended. A railway is nearby and youth groups are not accepted.
