The villa

Built in 2017, this 100 m² attached chalet occupies a peaceful spot outside the village, 900 m from shops and 500 m from Luzéa thermal baths. The owner lives on site. Enjoy exceptional views of Pic du Midi and the Pays Toy valley. Four bedrooms contain three double and four single beds; there are two shower rooms and two toilets. The kitchen has an American-style fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area includes two sofas and a 120 cm LED TV. Wi-Fi, private parking, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and bath towels are included. A furnished terrace has a gas griddle. Bread and pastries can be delivered when ordered the previous evening; breakfast delivery is also available. Explore Tourmalet, Ardiden, Gavarnie and the GR10, or try bungee jumping, paragliding, canyoning and treetop courses. Ski areas include Barèges-La Mongie, Luz Ardiden, 20 minutes away, and Gavarnie, 30 minutes away. Ski hire and thermal spa discounts are available. No pets, parties or noisy activities.
