The villa
Villa Maitreya is a welcoming two-storey, 470 m² villa for 12 in an elevated residential setting in central San Jaime, Son Bou, 500 m from the beach. The private garden has a 10 x 6 m pool, 1.5 m deep, open May–October, plus an outdoor shower, gazebo, pergola, furniture and barbecue. Inside, the spacious open-plan living/dining room has a decorative fireplace, satellite and digital flat-screen TV, and garden and pool access. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. The bedrooms described include two ground-floor twins and a double with garden/pool access, plus a 45 m² upstairs double opening onto a balcony and terrace. These rooms have air conditioning; the doubles feature whirlpool baths. Wi-Fi, an alarm, washing machine and dryer are provided. Public street parking is possible. Shops and restaurants are 600 m away, the bus stop 400 m and the airport 20 km. A car is recommended. Baby equipment is available on request at no extra charge. Youth groups are not accepted.
