The villa
Modern and beautifully maintained, Can Tem stands on an impressive 355,500 m² estate with sweeping views across the landscape to the sea. Lawns, terraces and young Mediterranean planting surround the house. The elegant pool has easy step access and a spacious sun terrace with comfortable loungers and three parasols. Three steps above, a large veranda with a cheerful yellow façade offers airy shade, a generous dining table and contemporary lounge seating. It is a lovely setting for relaxed dinners and evening barbecues. Further partly shaded terraces provide places to gather or enjoy a quiet moment, while olive trees near the two annexes offer inviting reading spots. Inside, the spacious living room combines light colours with distinctive decorative pieces, striking artwork and thoughtful details. The open-plan living and dining area features an expansive sofa arrangement with comfortable seating throughout the day.
