The villa

Surrounded by trees and vineyards, Villa Montagne is a two-storey country house renovated in 2008, with a main building and annexe in a secluded setting 5 km from Oppède. Its enclosed 9,000 m² garden includes lawns, trees, an orchard and a secluded 15 x 4 m saltwater pool, open May–September, with steps and a safety cover. Enjoy pétanque, a 100 m² terrace, a barbecue area, a roof terrace and table football. There is parking for five cars and a carport. The bright 300 m² interior features a large living/dining room with fireplace, TV, stereo and DVD player, a games room and an open kitchen with island, oven, dishwasher and induction hob. A small child's bedroom opens onto the terrace. A 40 m² air-conditioned studio has a double bed, kitchenette, shower and separate WC. Upstairs are spacious double bedrooms, some with fans and private shower facilities; the staircase has no handrail. Air conditioning and underfloor heating are provided. Ménerbes and Oppède-le-Vieux are 4 km away, with Luberon walking routes nearby.
