The villa
Set on a 900 m² plot in peaceful Bonaire, this three-level villa is 200 m from Puerto Cocodrilo, five minutes from Port d'Alcúdia and Port de Pollença, and three minutes from Cala s'Illot. Built in 2001 and renovated in 2015, it offers carefully decorated interiors, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including an en suite and a whirlpool bath. Three bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds. Air conditioning and heating serve part of the house. Outdoors, enjoy an enclosed private garden, private pool, balcony, terrace, veranda, charcoal barbecue and outdoor shower. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD and CD players, a high chair, a private washing machine and an iron are provided, along with garage parking. A grocery shop, restaurant and beach are listed 50 m away; the town centre and public transport are 3 km away, and the airport is 60 km away. One small dog up to 30 cm is welcome. Youth groups are not permitted.
