Bedrooms have air conditioning, insect screens and satellite TV; living areas offer books, CD players and a large dining table. Ultra-fast Starlink internet supports remote working and streaming. A roof terrace and summer kitchen with veranda extend the living space outdoors. The fenced 4,500 m² garden features a saltwater infinity pool, relaxation area, spacious hot tub, sun terrace and two barbecue areas with a pavilion. A trampoline and table tennis provide further entertainment. The peaceful yet convenient location makes it easy to explore Asti, Alba, Barolo and the villages and wineries of UNESCO-listed Langhe Monferrato. Up to two pets or dogs are allowed.
