The villa
Villa Sara stands on a hillside in La Paloma, 1.3 km from the sea and 9 km from Marina de Sotogrande. Its enclosed lawned garden has a private 8 x 4 m saltwater pool with steps, available year-round, and on-site parking. This 216 m² villa spans two floors. The living/dining room features a fireplace and international TV, opening onto the garden. Three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom each have an en-suite bathroom; several open onto terraces. There is also a separate WC. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, five burners, microwave, freezer and Nespresso machine; capsules are not included. Air conditioning and warm-air heating are provided. Enjoy a large terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and loungers. Cafés, restaurants, beaches, golf and marinas are nearby, with Gibraltar, Estepona, Ronda and Tarifa within reach. A car is recommended. Youth groups are not accepted; quiet, respectful behaviour is required in this noise-sensitive setting. Night-time security is provided.
