The villa

Set on 35,000 m² at the foot of a hill, Carritxo sleeps eight in a peaceful location, 5 km from Felanitx and 13.8 km from the beaches of Porto Colom and Cala Dor. This two-storey, stone-clad house has high, beamed ceilings. Downstairs are a living room, dining room for eight, kitchen with breakfast table, laundry room, double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs, a double master bedroom opens onto a panoramic terrace; two twin bedrooms share two bathrooms with baths. Two additional lounge areas provide quiet reading spots. Air conditioning operates at fixed, limited times in the downstairs bedroom and upstairs double. The landscaped grounds offer sunny and shaded areas beside a large pool, brick and gas barbecues, table tennis, a children's swing and a pétanque area. Wi-Fi is available. No mid-stay cleaning or linen and towel changes are included; cleaning and underfloor heating are available on request. No pets.
