The villa
Yuma is a restored Mallorcan finca surrounded by landscaped gardens, shady pines and palms. Its private 20 x 8 m pool offers an in-water seating area, with loungers and lawns for relaxing to birdsong-free summer sounds of cicadas and rustling trees. A raised, shaded terrace overlooks the pool area, described as child-protected. Outdoor highlights include a private putting green and a wind-sheltered, glazed barbecue terrace with a large dining area. Nearby cycling routes cross rolling countryside. Inside, rustic charm meets modern comfort. Downstairs are a lounge with fireplace, a separate country kitchen with dining space, a spacious dining room with sofa area and covered-terrace access, an en-suite double bedroom and a guest WC. Upstairs are three double bedrooms: one has a private bathroom and balcony, while two share a bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, Mallorcan shutters and mosquito screens; radiators heat the house. Located in southern Mallorca near picturesque Llucmajor.
