The villa

Set on a 1,700 m² plot in central Cala d'Or, this bright detached villa has direct garden access to Cala Dor's sandy cove. At street level, the open-plan living/dining room opens onto a covered terrace with a vertical awning overlooking the pool. A large modern kitchen includes another dining table; there are also a utility room and guest WC. The double master has an en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, while two twin bedrooms share a bathroom.
