The villa

Villa Marga is a spacious, well-maintained detached house for eight on a 1,039 m² plot in central Cala d'Or, 300 metres from the marina and its restaurants and 400 metres from Cala Petita beach. The ground floor has a living room opening onto a veranda connected to the dining room, plus a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and side exit. Three bedrooms are on this floor: two doubles and one twin. The narrative describes two bathrooms with bathtubs and a small shower room beside the living room. Upstairs, a large twin bedroom has a private bathroom with a corner bathtub and its own terrace with a Balinese daybed, available May–October only. The listing recap states three bathrooms in total.
