The villa

Completely renovated in 2019, this detached two-storey villa sits on a quiet residential street, a short walk from Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran and Cala d'Or's restaurants and shops. The bright ground floor has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opening onto a pool-facing veranda, plus a smaller dining veranda off the kitchen. Two downstairs bedrooms comprise a double with en-suite shower room and a twin with semi-integrated shower room. Upstairs, the main double bedroom has a dressing room, semi-integrated shower room and private terrace; the fourth bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Outside, a 7 × 4 m pool is edged by a sun terrace. A covered lounge terrace overlooks the pool, while the side veranda has a large dining table and portable barbecue. There is parking for two cars. Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout are available. Bed linen, shower towels and tea towels are supplied; bring pool and beach towels. Contactless arrival and departure are available. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
