The villa

Bayside is a bright, comfortable 180 m² villa on two floors in Santa Maria de Llorell, 4 km from central Tossa de Mar and 980 m from the sea. Its private enclosed, split-level garden has an 8 x 5 m pool, open April 5–November 10, an outdoor shower and garden furniture. Access is via 30 steps; parking is nearby. The living/dining room has digital TV and opens to the terrace and pool. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Upstairs are four bedrooms with fans, including a large room with three single beds and a double bed; several rooms open to terraces. There are three shower rooms and a separate WC. Terrace furniture and loungers invite you to enjoy panoramic sea and countryside views. A washing machine is provided. Shops are 850 m away and a restaurant 900 m away. Nearby attractions include Tossa Castle, water parks and botanical gardens; Barcelona is 80 km away. A car is recommended. Suitable for families; youth groups are not accepted. Quiet, considerate behaviour is required.
