The villa
Built in 2010 on a 14,000 m² plot, this detached country home in Binissalem combines high-quality minimalist design with Mallorca's rural charm. Its 324 m² of spacious, well-kept interiors accommodate ten guests in five bedrooms: three with 1.80 m double beds and two with twin beds. There are four bathrooms. Comprehensive comforts include central heating, air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and an alarm. Outside, a terrace and fully enclosed private garden surround a 10 x 5 m private swimming pool, with trees adding to the peaceful setting. Located in the heart of Mallorca's wine country, the house is especially well placed for experiencing Binissalem's wine festivities during the last two weeks of September. Modern comfort and local tradition come together for a relaxing island stay. Pets are not allowed.
