The villa

Built in 2010, this modern 325 m² house enjoys a quiet, sunny setting among trees and fields on Binissalem's outskirts, 35 km from the sea. Private 1,400 m² grounds include an orchard, garden, pergola, barbecue, outdoor shower and 10 x 5 m pool open March 1–October 31. The interior is described as ideal for 10 adults: a living/dining room with satellite TV and a double bed, two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. The kitchen/diner has four hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, grill, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Bath and shower facilities include toilets and a bidet. Enjoy pool and garden views, outdoor furniture and loungers. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, iron, hairdryer, high chair and cot are provided. Baby equipment is available on request. On-site parking; a car is recommended. Shops and restaurants are 2.5 km away, the bus stop 900 m, Puerto Alcudia beach 35 km and the airport 40 km. Suitable for families and seniors. No youth groups.
