Outdoors, a pool split into two sections is ideal for children, while a carob tree offers shade. This recently built stone villa combines rustic Mallorcan architecture with quality furnishings. A grand staircase links two floors, with a living room with fireplace, spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Four comfortable bedrooms sleep eight, complemented by charming bathrooms. An upstairs sun terrace overlooks the Tramuntana mountains. Near Binissalem in the rural Pla de Mallorca, the villa is surrounded by vineyards and orange and almond groves. Visit town for essentials and Friday's regional produce market. A nearby audible road gives easy access to Palma and beaches such as Ciudad Jardin. Electricity is payable locally in cash. Groups under 23 and stag or hen parties are not accepted; bookings may be refused without refund. Privately managed; EU consumer protection rules may not apply.
