The villa
Built in 2023, this comfortable two-storey villa stands in a sunny residential area, 5 km from Finestrat, 8 km from central Benidorm and 3 km from the sea and beach. Private enclosed grounds offer a lawn, a 9 x 4 m pool available year-round, an outdoor shower, garden furniture, a barbecue and parking. The bright 150 m² interior is ideal for six adults. Its 44 m² living/dining room has digital TV and garden access. Two bedrooms have 180 cm double beds and the third has two 120 cm beds. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning and warm-air heating. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and coffee maker. There are two shower rooms, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy views of the mountains, pool and garden. Walking trails begin 300 m away; shops and restaurants are 2 km away. A car is recommended and baby equipment is available on request. Youth groups are not accepted. Some areas are closed and unoccupied; quiet, considerate behaviour is required.
