The villa

Set on 12,000 m² of grounds, this detached country house sleeps ten near S'Horta and Calonge, with shops, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Cala Sanau beach is 7 km away. Arranged over three levels, it has a living room linked by an arch to the dining room, opening onto a covered porch and pool area. The kitchen also opens outdoors. The ground floor includes a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a guest toilet. Upstairs, two twin bedrooms open onto a terrace and share a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower level, two twin bedrooms share a shower room. Outside are lawns, a treehouse, a furnished veranda, a private 10 x 4 m pool with loungers and a separate covered barbecue area with dining furniture. The enclosed garden is private, and two outdoor parking spaces are provided. Wi-Fi is available. Air conditioning in the ground-floor and upstairs bedrooms operates at fixed, limited times. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
