The villa
Nostalgia and romance define Can Cuquet, a two-storey stone house near Campos in Mallorca's agricultural south. With 300 m² of living space for four guests and lovely outdoor areas, it offers an authentic retreat, with other villas nearby. Carefully preserved antiques sit alongside modern comforts. The old farmhouse kitchen includes a dishwasher, large oven and coffee machine, complemented by hand-turned chairs, copper pans, hand-painted tiles and a rocking chair. Two steps lead past an antique screen to an LCD television area and a high-ceilinged living room. A comfortable seating area beside the large fireplace is ideal for cooler evenings. Stairs rise to an open gallery with an extensive library. Other inviting corners include an exceptional vaulted wine cellar with old barrels, a long table and a relaxation area. Upstairs bedrooms offer generous storage, and one has a private bathroom. The house celebrates the farming traditions of Campos, Llucmajor and Felanitx.
