Sitjoles

The villa

Sitjoles stands between Campos and Sa Rapita on an enclosed plot of approximately 2,500 m², near a few other houses. Es Trenc's white-sand beach is around 10 km away, and Palma is about 30 minutes by car. The carefully landscaped garden features tall palms, lawns, colourful flowerbeds and free-roaming peacocks; the owner keeps pigeons in an aviary. A bougainvillea-covered pergola shelters a dining terrace with a barbecue, complemented by another covered terrace. The 11 x 6 m pool is 1–2 m deep, with a sun terrace alongside. Romantic Mallorcan furnishings blend with natural wall finishes and modern bathrooms. All accommodation is downstairs: a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen reached by one step, a dining room, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There is a full bathroom and a shower room. One bedroom opens onto the garden. The upper floor is not used. No pets.
