The villa
Son Grancampio is a stylish rural finca for six in southern Mallorca. Gravelled areas and terraces surround grounds planted with pomegranate, plum, fig and olive trees. Beside the house, outdoor lounge seating and a dining table invite relaxed gatherings. The exceptionally long 20-metre pool is ideal for exercise, with loungers on its sunny terrace and spots of natural shade. A balcony terrace offers far-reaching views and more loungers, while a built-in charcoal barbecue makes outdoor suppers easy. Inside, contemporary furniture, harmonious colours, elegant floors and abundant light create a comfortable atmosphere across two levels. The ground floor contains living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with its own shower room. Radiators and hot-and-cold air conditioning provide year-round comfort, and the house uses solar power. Campos is a five-minute drive away, with shops, bars and restaurants; southern beaches are around 15 minutes away.
