Montelago

The villa

Elegant Villa Montelago enjoys a rare lakeside setting in the heart of Alcúdia. Neighbouring villas and hotels are screened by hedges, palms and flowering Mediterranean plants. A blue mosaic-tiled pool with step entry is surrounded by lush lawns, with panoramic mountain views, space for loungers and an outdoor shower. The long covered terrace of the sunny yellow villa offers a comfortable wicker-style lounge, while a portable barbecue serves the sheltered outdoor dining area. Refined interiors and high-quality furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere. A broad staircase leads from the entrance hall to a gallery and three of the four bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is accessed from the entrance area and has French doors to the garden; its Art Nouveau styling is complemented by an elegant bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. To the left of the entrance, the sophisticated living and dining rooms feature solid wood furniture and glass tables.
