The villa
Ideally placed for Mallorca’s rugged mountain scenery and traditional villages, this villa offers easy access to hiking around Lluc sanctuary and views of Selva’s Gothic church. Broad steps lead from the lower parking area to the pool between the property's two separate buildings. Loungers, shaded seating and a sheltered rattan sofa invite relaxation, while an outdoor kitchen with barbecue makes alfresco dining easy. Olive trees, bougainvillea and palms fill the garden, with space for quiet reading and table tennis. Please note that the decorative metal mining tower is not a climbing frame. Indoors, a billiards table offers an alternative to television by the fire, positioned away from the sleeping quarters for late-night games. The living area opens onto a modern equipped kitchen, while the separate sleeping building houses three minimalist bedrooms.
