The villa
Sa Sinia d'Es Trenc blends an old Mallorcan country house with modern architecture. With no immediate neighbours, fields and lush vegetation create a peaceful rural setting. Natural stone paths wind through gardens filled with olive, carob, cypress and fruit trees. A few steps lead to the raised pool area, screened with bamboo fencing and equipped with a movable child-safety barrier. The spacious pool is 1.10–2 m deep and surrounded by a sunny terrace, with two bamboo-roofed shade structures and ergonomic loungers. Covered terraces beside the house offer further relaxation, including a professional table-tennis table. The generous main veranda combines an elegant dining table for 12 with sofas for lounging. Enjoy barbecues overlooking cypresses and the green garden. Most bedrooms occupy the fully renovated older section, where exposed historic rubble-stone walls preserve the building's original character.
