The villa
Canela is a spacious modern villa in a quiet, sunny, elevated setting within Salobre Golf Resort, outside Meloneras in the Maspalomas area. Alongside shared grounds, it has a private enclosed 1,000 m² garden with lawn, a 10 x 5 m pool available year-round, children's pool, outdoor shower and barbecue. The bright 250 m² interior offers a comfortable living/dining room with satellite TV and DVD, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with TV and air conditioning. An open kitchen with oven and coffee maker leads to the terrace; there is one bathroom and one shower room. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, safe, high chair, hairdryer and six loungers. Parking is beside the house. Shops and restaurants are 200 m away and an 18-hole golf course is 100 m away. A car is recommended. Suitable for families and seniors, with baby equipment on request. Non-smoking; one pet is welcome. Youth groups are not accepted and quiet behaviour is required. A main road is 50 m away and the motorway 1 km.
