The villa

In a residential area of Maspalomas on Gran Canaria’s southern coast, this villa occupies a 300 m² plot and spans two floors plus a basement. Fully air-conditioned, it has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a guest toilet. The bright living and dining area features marble flooring, leather sofas and a smart TV. A separate kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dining table. A utility room houses a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and sunny balcony; two further bedrooms each have twin beds and share a bathroom. The basement contains another full bathroom and a garage, where guests can also play table tennis. Glass doors open onto a terrace with outdoor dining, loungers and an 8 x 4 m private pool. A cot and high chair are available on request. Pets are welcome.
