The villa

This former farmhouse stands on a rural plot with three houses near Cas Concos. Traditionally built and furnished, it opens into an open-plan living room. The kitchen has a dining table and terrace access. A downstairs double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while two upstairs twin bedrooms share a bathroom. Outside, a covered barbecue and dining area adjoins a shower room with WC and a utility room with washing machine. A few steps lead to the raised, lawned pool area, where the private 12 x 5 m pool reaches a maximum depth of 1.9 m. The fenced area has a gate that can help restrict young children's access. Bedroom air conditioning operates at fixed times. Guests have Wi-Fi, a private garden, two outdoor parking spaces and contactless check-in/out. Kitchen equipment includes a gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment and filter coffee machine. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
