The villa

Casawaouw is a bright, modern 230 m² villa for eight in a quiet residential area, 3 km from Moraira and Playa de la Ampolla. Its enclosed 896 m² grounds feature a landscaped garden, an 8 x 4 m private pool available year-round, and furnished terraces with loungers and panoramic sea and town views. The main level has an open living/dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning and warm-air heating, plus a well-equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with fans, and two shower rooms, one en suite. The lower level has a double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and TV, with terrace access. This level is reached by an external staircase only; there is no internal connection. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and parking for three cars are provided. Golf is 3 km away and the marina 4 km. Non-smoking; youth groups are not accepted.
