The villa

Javier is a bright, comfortable, two-storey villa for eight, set in a quiet, sunny, elevated residential area 2 km from central Moraira and 2.8 km from the sea. Its private 8 x 4 m pool is available year-round, with an outdoor shower, furnished terraces, loungers and a barbecue. The 222 m² interior features an open living/dining room with digital TV and terrace access, plus an open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There are three double bedrooms and one twin, all with air conditioning and warm-air heating. One double has an en-suite bathroom; a further shower room has twin basins, and there is a separate WC. Enjoy beautiful distant views of the sea and town. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, high chair, cot for children up to two and parking are provided. Shops, a restaurant and a bus stop are 500 m away; the marina is 2 km away and a 12-hole golf course is 5 km away. Non-smoking property; youth groups are not accepted.
