The villa

Clos des collines is a beautiful two-storey villa in a residential area, 5 km from Gassin and 10 km from Saint-Tropez. Its private 900 m² landscaped garden has an 8 x 4 m pool, open May–September. The sea, sandy Les Marines de Gassin beach and marina are 2.5 km away. The bright 140 m² interior sleeps eight in four bedrooms: three doubles and a small bunk room. There are three shower rooms and a separate WC. The living/dining room opens onto the terrace, while one double bedroom opens onto the garden. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, freezer and Nespresso machine; capsules are not supplied. Air conditioning, electric heating, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and hairdryer are provided. Enjoy a partially covered 30 m² terrace with furniture, an electric barbecue and eight loungers. Parking accommodates three cars. A bakery is 500 m away; shops and restaurants are 2 km away. A car is recommended. This is a non-smoking home with a smoke detector.
