Around 200 m² spans two levels on a sloping plot, with panoramic Mediterranean and Gulf views. An electric gate opens onto a paved approach and covered parking; space is provided for two cars. Outside are a heated pool, dry sauna, furnished terraces, sun loungers and dining for eight. Upstairs, a bright lounge with fireplace adjoins dining for 10, an equipped open kitchen and an en-suite king bedroom. The description places four further bedrooms downstairs, including another en-suite king, two sharing a bathroom and one en-suite. It states capacity for 10 adults; the recap instead lists eight guests, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Wi-Fi, SONOS, international TV, air conditioning, heating, washer, dryer, soundproof windows, linens and bath and pool towels are included. Cleaning is daily except Sundays; concierge service is available on request. One pet is allowed.
