The villa
Les Mimosas comprises a main house and annex in leafy surroundings, 4 km from Cogolin and 2 km from the sea. A private garden has an alarmed 8 x 4 m pool, open April 1–October 30. Shared facilities include two 20 x 10 m pools, open May–September, a children's pool, tennis and pétanque. This 150 m², two-level villa has five double bedrooms, including one outside the main accommodation. The living/dining room has a flat-screen TV and decorative fireplace; the open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and freezer. There are bath and shower facilities and separate WCs. Enjoy a balcony, a covered 30 m² terrace, outdoor furniture, barbecue and six loungers. Wi-Fi, electric heating, a washer, dryer, iron, high chair, cot, hairdryer and parking for two cars are provided. Shops and a bakery are 800 m away; restaurants are 1 km away. Marines de Gassin beach and the marina are 2 km away, Port Grimaud 3 km, and Saint-Tropez and Pampelonne 10 km. The residence has an electric gate; a car is recommended.
